A quiet room with enough floor space for a massage table (roughly 7' x 4'). Comfortable temperature, soft lighting if possible.

Drink water, move gently, and allow time for the work to settle. Soreness is normal for 24–48 hours.

Jessica was wonderful! She came to my house and was fully equipped for any type of massage I could want. She even has high-tech hot stones that she can adjust the heat on. I needed a deep tissue massage and she really delivered.
