Before you book

Will it leave marks?

Light pink-to-red discoloration ('sha') is normal where tissue is congested and usually fades within 2–5 days. It's not a bruise.

Is it safe for everyone?

Gua sha is not recommended over inflamed skin, recent injuries, or for clients on blood thinners. We'll discuss at intake.
